Effect of Blade Twist on The Flow Characteristics of Gas-Liquid Two-Phase Flow in a Spiral Axial Flow Pump

The mixing of oil and gas forms the foundation deep-sea extraction transportation. However, traditional conveying equipment has low efficiency high failure rates. In this study, a spiral axial flow liquid multiphase pump was used as base model. Eulerian model RNG turbulence were for numerical simulations to analyze internal field pump. A modification scheme proposed twist airfoil shape create twisted vane. blade with center hub-side flange chord length twisting in counterclockwise direction help reduce relative volume channel. When vane type trailing edge point suction side direction, it helped accelerate movement gas-liquid mixture at back further reduced velocity zone is located hub wing vane, degree 0.214. This results maximum head pump, improves phase aggregation phenomenon, enhances performance
